Dr. Lum Heap Sum

Dr. Lum Heap Sum is the founder of HR Clinic by Dr. Lum, a platform that provides confidential advice and pragmatic solutions to both employers and employees in relation to workplace issues, and has more than three decades of industrial experience. Dr. Lum read law at the University of London, studied economics at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and earned his PhD from the Open University Malaysia. Dr. Lum is also the author of “50 Shades of Resignation”.
